Créé le 1er février 1963 par changement de dénomination du GALAT n° 7 à Satory, le 1er GALAT est basé sur le terrain d'aviation de Buc ainsi qu'au camp de Satory. Le 15 juillet 1966, il est regroupé sur le terrain des Mureaux et il est dissout le 31 mai 1973 pour créer le 1er GALREG. Established on February 1, 1963, through the renaming of GALAT No. 7 at Satory, the 1st GALAT was based at the Buc airfield and the Satory camp. On July 15, 1966, it was consolidated at the Les Mureaux airfield, and it was disbanded on May 31, 1973, to form the 1st GALREG. |
